When you send an inquiry, we receive the name, email address and project details you provide. You may also provide your company, country or region, product interest, estimated quantity, model, preferred color and other information relevant to your request. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
Our hosting infrastructure may record technical information such as IP address, requested pages, timestamps, browser information and errors for website operation and security. The administrator area uses authentication and access records.

We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your requirements, discuss quotations and samples, and manage follow-up communication and any resulting business relationship. We use technical information to operate the website and investigate errors or misuse.

Website hosting, email and communication providers process information as needed to provide their services. We do not sell inquiry information. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by law or to protect the website against misuse.
5. Where information is handled
The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States, and our business team is based in China. Our email and communication providers may handle information in other locations. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country. Contact us if you need further information about how your inquiry is handled or about applicable transfer requirements.
6. Cookies, analytics and external links
Public pages currently do not load advertising or analytics tags. The administrator area uses an essential session cookie for sign-in, with a session lifetime of up to eight hours. If advertising or analytics tools are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated for that processing.
Links to WhatsApp and our separate retail shop open services with their own privacy practices. The WhatsApp inquiry link may include information entered into the form as a prefilled message. You can review the message before sending it in WhatsApp. Opening an external service is subject to that service’s privacy practices.
7. Retention and security
Inquiry records and related email correspondence are retained according to the request, the resulting business relationship and applicable record-keeping requirements. Closing an inquiry in our backend does not automatically delete the record or email copies. Contact us if you want us to review retention or deletion of your information.
We use HTTPS for website connections and restrict the administrator area to authenticated users. These measures reduce risk, but no method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and requests
Depending on the law applicable to you, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
